What you will do

You will be the go between, between our customers, both new and loyal, and our technicians. You will be required to sell and communicate what work is being performed will be performed on their vehicle. As well as handle any customer's needs. You will be required to source and order the parts for the jobs you sell and any other parts and items that need to be stocked at our facility. 

Basic Qualifications

• Basic automotive knowledge
  • Able to describe and understand basic functions of an engine and other car parts
• Prior sales experience (Any sales)
• Eagerness to Learn and Advance
• Valid Drivers License 
• Fluent In English
  • Read, Write, and Verbally Communicate

Stand Out Qualification 

• Experience with Tekmetric
• ASE Certification
• Certifications demonstrating knowledge in
  • Sales, Management, Customer Service
• Other Notable Awards or Achievements
• Prior Service writing experience 
• Inventory and Parts Management
• Bilingual
  • Spanish

Physical Requirements

• Able to carry up to 50lbs
• Able to work on their feet for multiple hours 
• Able to work well with others

What you will do

 Your top priority will be driving. Driving customers to an from the shop, driving to pick up or drop off parts or other supplies, and driving customer vehicles to the car wash to wash their vehicles. You will be required to follow all of the rules of the road and maintain a safe driving record. Your second priority will be to stay busy at the shop. This includes cleaning the office and the shop, stocking the work benches with supplies, taking inventory, and assisting the technicians with repairs when they need a second set of hands on a job. 

When you are interacting with our customers you will be required to conduct yourself in a positive, professional manor.
